    We have several complete sets of 1999 silver proof quarters, no coa, no box,  taken from the silver proof sets. First set of the series with 5 quarters. The coins all have some lustre to them, strong features and sharp details. Most of them have some toning on or hazing. All have been stored in a humidity controlled environment and in their original mint boxes from the mint. This is a fair representation of all that are available.
