You are bidding on a mixed dealers lot of 21 Belgium mint and used stamps including three complete sets as follows: B25-27 Used;B163-165 MNH and B166-168 MLH plus others which are not complete sets. SCV=30.85 a nice group!

To save on postage fees, shipments under .00 will be shipped in UNINSURED first class mail. A post office counter receipt will be sent to the buyer  UPON REQUEST as proof of mailing.
On Single orders or combined orders  equal to or greater than .00  insurance will be mandatory and will be included in the postage and handling fee.

I will accept any EBAY approved payment method.
I will only ship to Ebay approved countries.

All shipments under .00 will be sent in USPS UNINSURED International first class mail. A Post office counter receipt showing the country of mailing will be sent to the buyer upon request.
For single shipments and combined shipments over .00 Registered Insured mail will be mandatory, and will be included in the postage and handling charge.
