On average 2.00 is added to the shipping for insurance and handling.
If you need items shipped to a different address the ship to address must be changed to show that address with your payment, we can only ship to the address on your payment, no exceptions
Signature confirmation is required by our insurance company on all purchases with a value over 250.00 including shipping.  We like to switch buyers to Fed Ex if it saves them money so if that is a problem let us know before paying.  Also it is harder to retrieve a package being held for signature from Fed Ex.
On the rare occasion a package arrives damaged, please contact us directly so we can file an insurance claim, do not throw away the packaging or boxes, the insurance company will want photos of the damage and packing, and you will be required to complete a claim form verifying the claim (also required for lost packages).
INTERNATIONAL
:   We will not change the value on a customs form and any duties or fees are your responsibility and not something we have any involvement in.   Some countries have size restrictions and you may not be able to get a shipping quote please contact us before purchasing

Payment is appreciated within 3 days of purchase.  As many states now require sales tax, we have no control over that and it is collected by ebay.  If you have a resale certificate please contact them.
