Antique Japanese Meiji Period egg shell porcelain fuchsia pink thick moriage gold dragon tea cup and saucer.  This looks to date around 1890-1900 and has extraordinarily vibrant color, that was very hard to do it true justice in photographs. I did my best, but I just could not capture the true kind of "hot pink" fuchsia pink is.  The scales of the dragon stand out well with the moriage detailing and there is minimal gold loss on the cup, the plate has more; but it does not take away from the overall beautiful look of this set.  The cup measures approximately 1 7/8" tall x 3 3/8" in diameter mouth, with an 11/16" wide handle and the saucer measures approximately 15/16" tall x 5 1/8" in diameter and is in great condition, with no chips, cracks, or breaks.
