Standard shipping is first class mail with no tracking or insurance.  If the item does not arrive, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the item.
If the buyer wishes it shipped insured with tracking (priority mail), then the buyer must notify the seller before paying for the item, and pay additional shipping charges.
