    BOAC V-10 commemorative sterling silver plate - millionth passenger.  This sterling silver plate was issued in 1966.  The inscription reads:
    "Presented to Mrs.Frances Simon of New York  the millionth passenger to travel in the BOAC VC10 after flight BA 500 New York-London 9th June 1966"
