I. Measurement Body Part:
Upper arm - The midpoint of the right arm shoulder hump to the radial head connection, namely the abdominal position of triceps brachii.
Back - Under the right Infrascapular region. Abdomen - Right abdominal periumbilical 1cm.

2. Calculate body fat %
Use Broxek (1963) modified formula to measure body fat %,its formula is:
Body fat %= (4.57/ body density -4.142) X 100
Body fat weight = body weight (kg) X body fat %
Net weight (fat-free weight) = weight (kg) - body fat (kg)
