This book is from our personal collection and is from a smoke free environment.  We purchased this new and it has always had a clear plastic protective cover.  It is in like new condition.
This book was published by the Signature Press in 2000.  It has 352 pages.  It covers the development of all the Southern Pacific lines in Northern California and Oregon.  In addition to the Southern Pacific lines it also covers in great detail the numerous lumber company railroads in these states.  It is a wonderful book.
