It has feet and on the back of its head is written 1998.  On bottom is no. L0927910.
The stem is blue.  He has a white head with pink ears. Pink nose. Blue eyes. Red mouth black whiskers.
The hinge works nicely with spring moving nicely as well.
I have look it over thoroughly and found no imperfections.  Its used but like new as well.
