On consignment with us is this untrimmed
size 40
C.S. natural tan colored jean wool jacket.  The seller indicates this is a Ben Tart item. Nice sewing work all round. Principally machine sewn but is
entirely hand top stitched
plus has hand sewn button holes. Six-piece body and two-piece sleeves.
This jacket has been worn a couple times but has been freshly dry cleaned.
However
, a number of small light color (grayish) marks are scattered on the outside of the coat - a number on the front but the majority are on the back. Not sure what these are from.

. There are also a couple light marks on the coats lining and we believe these were from the leather suspender ends.
On the front are six 7/8" stamped brass NORTH CAROLINA state seal buttons which can easily be changed out by the buyer. They can also be moved a little closer to the front edge to give this jacket a
little
more chest and waist room. These are not Waterbury buttons -  and since they do not have back marks they are most likely imported items. There are no shoulder epaulettes or side belt loops and the cuffs are plain. Lined in natural colored cotton drill in both the body and sleeves. There are two horizontal cut pockets in the lining - one on the left and one on the right. There is also a jean wool wear strip along the bottom of the lining.
