Civil War Blue Wool Frock Coat, Handmade Reproduction

Ok here goes...My father made this frock for me when I was about 12 years old.  I have photos of me and my horse in civil war style.  So it is a small, I guessing no bigger than a 12. I measured the front across the chest from inside arm seam to inside arm seam at 16 inches It has been in my closet and really could use somebody who would appreciate it, maybe even use it.  Has a few holes, which I think adds a little  provenance.  I've been told by a someone that the shoulder boards should be on a double breasted frock.   But, hey I leave that up to you the experts.
I did a little research on men's jacket sizes, with a measurement of 16 inches from front inseam to inseam across the chest, gives it a circumference of 32 inches.  I would estimate it to be considered extra small/small.
Perhaps for a young adult or large child.
