This Historical Reenacting item is from a smoke-free home and smoke-free environment.  Very well taken care of and from a personal collection of historical re-enacting uniforms and costumes.  This is clearing out of some left over costume and re-enacting items from a recent TV Movie film shoot.
This Brass insignia is BRAND NEW - this item has never before used on a hat or cap, so the edges are crisp and not falling apart.
Very, very Nice Civil War Union Army Gold Embroidered Hardee Hat Eagle insignia/ornament used to pin up the side of the Officer's wool felt "Jeff Davis" M1858 Hardee Hat.
New and never used or worn - everything is sharp and clean as you can see, these are not your run-of-the-mill re-enacting insignia.
A great item for living history, films and re-enacting, and a steal at this price and great looking.   Compare elsewhere around ebay for more than + for the same looking item.
