This Historical Reenacting item is from a smoke-free home and smoke-free environment.  Very well taken care of and from a personal collection of historical re-enacting uniforms and costumes.  From the production of the Feature film "Field of Lost Shoes" and the TV series "Legends & Lies: The Civil War"
This cap is about a size - approx. 7 5/8 - 7 3/4 (marked with a tag "XL" for Large) cap.  A great Forage Cap for the veteran or for the new recruit!  Lined with thin black leather sweatband. Correct brass eagle buttons and workable, adjustable leather chin strap with brass buckle on the front.
