If the package is lost in transit, replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by shipping company
If buyer received incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and charge for re-shipping charge. (For domestic shipment only)
