    A nice and good working Garcia Mitchell 402 High Speed Salt Water Spinning Reel, , removed old grease, and put fresh grease in.  Checked all gears and bearing.  Painted with auto primer, and top coated with auto gloss enamel,  serial # can't make out,  made between 1963 and 1977, made in France. Reel with your left hand.
