This auction is for a hand made black colored silk (Chaplain) sash. This sash is made from good quality silk with period correct tassels on both ends. It should be worn on the outside of an Chaplain's coat and wrapped around 2 times with the tassels hanging on the left side of body. The sash is approximately 100 inches long from tassel to tassel, 6" wide, and has tassels that are 7" long.
