    -  Approx. 3 1/2" wide x 2 7/8" tall shirt-flap style design, black rolled-edge outer border with hunter orange (scan does not capture color correctly) twill background.  Design features black Iowa state map with crossed guns.  In diagonal white lettering reads "Hunter Education".  Small oval in white reads "DNR".  Has clear plastic backing.  Appears mint unused, as shown!  Shipping & Handling is .00 within USA.
