Jeep Wrangler (2-door and 4-door) replacement Infinity subwoofer bracket
This part fits 2007-2010 Jeep Wranglers with the Infinity subwoofer.
Replace the rusted OEM subwoofer bracket with Crabtree Engineering's 3D printed, plastic bracket! (Recently updated from ABS to
polyethylene
plastic for better layer adhesion and strength!)
Easy, 10 minute installation.  (Instructions are in the pictures.)
Requires a 15mm socket and a T20 torx driver.

I also sell this bracket with replacement hardware. I highly recommend checking to make sure you can remove the plastic nut before ordering my part. Most of these are rusted to the stud now, and the
stud
also needs to be replaced.  I sell a kit to replace the stud and bracket. Please look at Seller's Other Items if you need that kit.
Please note that my design retains as much strength as possible.  Plastic is not as strong as the original steel bracket, but the strengthening ribs on the top and bottom help stiffen this part.  See the stress and deformation analysis in the pictures!
This is a 3D printed part.  3D printing is not a perfect process and this part may have some rough corners. Occasionally there will be a layer that doesn't adhere properly and cracks.  If that happens to you, please contact me for a replacement.
