+This is a Super Rare Mitchell Match 841 High Speed ( 6 to 1 Ratio ) Euro release only Circa 1978 .  Bronze Color model . This Rare model was made for the Left Hand Market in Very Limited production numbers,  these 840, 841s were the Highest end release at the time sold in mainly the  EU and were never sold on this side of the Pond. Reel shows some paint loss but has been fully restored with Rare NOS parts ( see Pictures ). Note the Non Reinforced Stem and Counter Weight on back of Rotor for smoother rotations !
Bail is strong with a new spring, lube port screw, Shaft , Baffle Plate, AR dog and much more. Reel comes with a  Clean cream Vintage reel case with no issues , Zips well..
There is No play between the Rotor and Body. Reel comes with a  Deep Spool for 10 to 20 lb test working perfectly and a spare 4 lb spool in pot..( Stand is not included in the Sale )

* I consider the 800 series reels the most complex internally and Difficult to properly restore and even more difficult to find NOS 841 parts. I just spent alot of time going  over the reel again due to her sitting for over 15 years in my collection and Re Oiled and put on a Torpedo NOS  handle with dust cover and adjusted Bail wire and Greased it perfectly!
This reel is now ready for the next 40+ years, just add quality Gun Oil to the Spring/Bail assembly and  from the lower Lube Port every fishing season . Try not to drop ABs the bail systems are sensitive when bent.
This model has a fast 6 to 1 retrieve ideal for Whipping and retrieving in Deeper water fishing. Amazing Speed!  I have been selling 840s for as much as 0. So this Super Rare reel is much higher even if the paint condition is not the best. This model is a collector piece!
