This 128-page book gives a perspective on the Western Pacific from the standpoint of engineer Norman W. Holmes, whose experience with the WP began during World War II. He retired in 1987 and this book was published by Steel Rails West Publishing in 1996. The only "flaw I see is the bumped corner that is at the bottom of the spine and seen in the second photo.  The book is full of wonderful photos, maps and other illustrations. This hardcover copy is in very good condition.Please look closely at the photos since I don’t offer refunds. I accept PayPal only for payment and ship only to the USA. Condition is “Used.” Shipment by USPS Media Mail.
The photos really do tell the story. My descriptions are short and may leave out some details.  I ask you to have realistic expectations, this item is used and not perfect, and carefully view the provided photos. They really do show conditions much better than I can describe. Thanks for looking.
