It has 140 pages with over 190 photos of pickle and vinegar cars, advertisements and salting stations and vinegar plants. 39 photos are in color. There are 31 maps and 68 drawings and illustrations. In addition there are plans of pickle and vinegar cars and salting stations. A list of most of the salting stations and vinegar works in Wisconsin and Michigan, the two main pickle growing states.
