    Description

    Japanese hand painted teacup and saucer with figural scene and pagoda.  The set is not marked.  Cup measures 3 1/3" x 2" and features a center interior scene of a pagoda.  The exterior of the cup is a figural scene.  There is a small chip on the interior of the foot of the teacup.  The saucer measures 5 1/2" x 1" with a center figural scene surrounded by cherry blossoms, greenery and flowers.  No chips (except as noted), cracks, crazing or repairs.  Very primitive as the saucer is not entirely symmetrical - the slightly scalloped edge is not even.
