anister is empty,  the outside is plastic, inside is cardboard and the ends are tin. Top closes with metal clasp (clasp goes up to close) can is 11.5" tall and 5" wide. Great condition, looks like glue is on back where the seams meet, inside has ink marks and markings on bottom and top has a slight bend
(see pictures).  Has been stored in my home.
