Selma Arsenal Cap Pouch HALF PRICE OF THE BIG BOYS!

This is a copy of the famous Selma Arsenal cap pouch. Some were made with Brass finials, some with lead, some with carved wood. The few existing examples have brass, so this one was done with a period brass finial. This item has the correct SELMA ARSENAL stamp and not the one with the  SELMA ARSENAL TUSCALOOSA DEPOT stamp. Why there was a difference is lost to history.  The flap, billet, ears, and inside flap are brown and the pouch is black as were the originals.  Why this was done this way may have been due to shortages in the supply chain or some other unknown reason. As with all my items these are hand cut, hand dyed and hand sewn as were the originals of quality American Leather in a small American, veteran owned shop. No foreign imports here.
