Tree Saddle Buckingham Mfg. (Sherrill Tree) with both Leg straps & Bosun seat - Used.
I've been told not to sell a used tree saddle (especially one this old) but if you know what this is -
you'll know it's a hard to find, quality, comfortable saddle in (lightly used) very good condition.
This saddle was purchased new (by me) from Sherrill in 2003, I purchased the Bosun chair about 6 months later, for long hangs, while cabling co-dom conifers. It is a size small - 28"-34" waist I believe.
I moved on to a different saddle in 2004, and this whole setup has been sitting in a box in the garage ever since.
It's obviously not in production anymore, and I'm pretty sure you'll never find one in this condition.
The metal buckles all have very little wear. The leather on the underside of both bridges is in decent shape but could probably use some tanning oil... (The load bearing is mostly webbing not on the leather anyway)
*(I also have a couple of the HDP rollers for HMS Carabiners for the bridge That I'll include with purchase) Not Pictured.
The Bridges on both lower sections (leg straps/chair) have multiple tie in options (separate loops stitched across the top of the bridge to clip into) or a Carabiner around the entire bridge, (with the HDP rollers) for a rolling bridge type of motion.
There are a couple of the metal snaps missing from the sides of the waist belt (There were too many and my lanyard kept getting caught in them - so I cut a couple off)  - sorry -
I also have a zip tie on the back of the waist belt, just to keep the ends of the straps clean/tight.
Also included in purchase is a matching tool//accessory pouch/bag.
This is no Treemotion or any of the newer rope bridge with lower D saddle setups (which are awesome) but it is really comfortable, has plenty of adjustments, tie in options and both leg straps & bosun chair to boot!
BUYER BEWARE - this was manufactured 18 years ago - Tree climbing is dangerous.
