U.S. DEPT OF AGRICULTURE WW2 WARTIME NUTRITION GUIDE INFORMATION CARDS HOMEFRONT
Great lot of information cards produced by the US Department of Agriculture as part of the “Homefront” efforts during WWII. These cards would have been folded and placed around dining halls in factories to educate workers on proper eating during war time with an emphasis on keeping workers producing at a high level.
The 7 food groups are represented on individual cards with facts about each food group.
Overall Very Good Condition. Some minor ware, old age toning and light soiling. The food group 1, in particular has what appears to be sun or light toning. See pictures.
