It's a 95 Year Old Vaporizer by AMERICAN ELECTRIC.There's a good shot of the patent dates...........the last one was 1928.
The Item shows no chips, dents, or defects.
It measures 7 1/2 inches up to where the deflector hinges, and if you angle the deflector straight up, then it's 15 inches tall.
Please don't plug this in and use it, it looks Dangerous!
It's a super cool pre-modern medical apparatus.
