Centaure River spin reel
This Medium size spin reel was made in the late 50s and weighs 10 oz. It is in good condition physically & works but has one of the worst bail designs I've ever seen so its more of a collectible. It has a smooth drag, good anti-reverse, good gears and a black
colored metal body. This reel has a 4.2/1 gear ratio and will hold 320 yds. of 8 lb. test, it is a good quality reel, it is a grade 8/7. The finish has marks in the paint mostly the heel. This is the smallest of three sizes of Centaure's made in this time period, it is very lite weight for its line capacity and would be fishable if converted to a manual pick-up only.

The reels I sell are 98% used, and in between 20 & 100 years old. Most are far from perfect, so I some times use the Orca grading system, the first no. is how it looks and the second how it works. A 5/5 would be for parts and a 10/10 would be new.
