Vintage Civil Defense First Aid Rescue Service R Kit Belt Medical Supply Co
This kit is in used condition and has some cosmetic wear. The boxes are a little dented and some of the plastic wrap is missing from them. The Tincture Merthiolate is missing 2 of the applicators and is discolored due to it leaking at some point. One of the boxes of bandages was opened and missing one bandage. The tourniquet box no longer has its plastic wrapping, but appears to be unused. All others have most of the wrapping on them and don't look like they were opened. All the snaps and the belt closure are in working order. The boxes are all from the Medical Supply Co. Rockford Illinois.
