Vintage Compac Corona
This large size spin reel was made in Japan, by Ohmori. It was made in the 60s, it weighs 16.5 oz. It will hold 260 yds. of 16 lb. test. It is in near mint condition and everything works perfectly. There are a few light marks from being moved around the last 55 years or so but its unused. The bail, drag, roller, & gears and anti-reverse all work perfectly, its very smooth. This reel has a 4.2/1 gear ratio and it is a grade 9++/10. Its a fairly good quality fishing reel, good for fishing or collecting.
The reels I sell are 98% used, and in between 20 & 100 years old. Most are far from perfect, so I some times use the Orca grading system, the first no. is how it looks and the second how it works. A 5/5 would be for parts and a 10/10 would be new.
