    FOR SALE is a VINTAGE INTERSTATE ELECTRIC NOVELTY CO. BATTERY AND LAMP TESTER. I couldn't find anything on the Net about it. It's probably from the late 20's or 30's and used in a store to test bulbs for customers. Very unique.
