vintage Medical R A Fischer &co  Duo-Pulsator muscle stimulator. Condition is Used. Pluged in and the  light lit up.  Put a volt meter to leads and it shows voltage when  turned on. Pulsated on differrent setting. Have not  tested  nor will i test on myself. Do not guarantee  it works. Has all in pictures.  Instructions, leads and sponges. 110 volt. Would be a great novelty item in a doctors office.
