This listing is for a lovely art deco shaped teacup with saucer from Royal Albert's 8237 pattern. It's a simple and feminine pattern of tiny pink rosebuds on white china with gold trim.
This pretty little set is in very good pre-owned condition. It is free of crazing, chips, cracks and repairs. There is some slight discoloration in the bottom of the cup, but other than that the two pieces are in beautiful shape.  A classic look to add to your collection.
Please note there is a small sticker on the bottom of the cup that has the name Mildred Reed. It's my understanding she was a friend of the sweet elderly woman that owned this cup (and others I have listed) before I did.  It's my belief the cups were moved here to the US before 1940 from England.
