This is a 1962 Vintage Royal Albert Two Tier Cake/Desert Stand or Serving Tray.
Excellent condition with no marks, chips or other issues.
The lower and larger plate of this Old Country Roses piece measures 10 1/2 inches across; the smaller, upper plate is 6 3/8" in diameter. It comes complete with gold-colored Handle and hardware.
