    This reel WORKS AS DESIGNED and is mechanically sound having all parts fully inspected!! This is in excellent overall used condition. There's minimal if any paint loss! The bale wire flip flops as designed. The handle and spool spin free and easy. the clicker button works! Light scattered soiling. NO serious scratches or nicks!
