    You are bidding on:
    WWII Identification Card
    Rheem Manufacturing Co.
    Henderson, Nevada
    ~ 1945 ~
Historical item related to women's contribution in the war effort during WWII. This young woman wasn't a Rosie the Riveter ~ or a Magnesium Maggie (though magnesium production was an important part of the war effort in Southern Nevada). This woman was likely involved in the production of munitions: tracer bullets, bomb casings and the like.
During World War II, much of the Rheem Manufacturing company's efforts went towards wartime production, including building ships and aircraft parts. However (from what I've read) the Henderson Nevada plant mainly manufactured tracer bullets and shells.
    ID Card Measures 2.5  x 3.75 Inches.
In Very Good Condition: Natural Warping from Plastic Heat Seal.
