Author/publisher Wayne Cole has released almost 20 books on railroads in the eastern Ohio/western Pennsylvania theatre. These cover current and predecessor companies, shortlines, industrial railroads, specific industries such as J&L Steel at Aliquippa, trolleys and interurbans. This very limited run, plastic comb-bound book deals with the 5-mile Youngstown & Austintown Railroad, now part of the Gennessee & Wyoming empire. The Y&A serves mostly food and metal-working industries from a connection at Yanda (Youngstown). Other railroads covered in this book are the Erie's Leadville Branch and portions of the Ohio Central. This book is about 70 pages with a mix of color and b&w imagery complimented by text. This is a new shrinkwrapped copy from our inventory.

All new books that are not factory shrinkwrapped are done so here. New softcovers have a cardboard stiffener added before shrinkwrapping. All new and used books are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in new bookfolds or boxes with additional spacers and/or packing to prevent damage. Unusual or oversize books may need to be shipped in special cartons.
Normal shipping is 1-2 work days after confirmation of a paid order.
USPS Media Mail shipping is .00 for the first book and .00 for each additional book thereafter.
We e-mail all buyers with confirmation of shipment, estimated delivery date, and the USPS tracking number.
If not satisfied, all books are returnable for full price ex shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.
