What address should I use to return items?

If you wish to return any of the items, it would be the address attached to the package it came from. Address returning is not our responsibility due to the multiple warehouses we are working with. Therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure you have the address the package came from.

How long does returned items get received to the warehouse from international shipping?

It usually takes 30 days or more for your returned items to be received. Once your return is complete at the warehouse, we will take further action to refund your money, which will take 3 to 10 business days.

Would BESTKIND INC still process the order if there are one or more items not in stock?

Yes, we will still go on to process your order and refund the difference for the item(s) that we don’t have in stock. “Note we will subtract whatever store credit you have used from that item(s). The price of the item will not be the same refund if any store credit has been used when making that order.

How to prevent buying items that are not in the store?

There is no prevention on that matter. We only solve this problem when customers place an order and we remove from time to time till it is solved.

Why do I get a refund for some item(s)?

Due to the pandemic, some items in our store may not be available at the moment.

How late will my packages be because of the pandemic?

It could take at least ten days or earlier as expected, depending on the transit with their safety precautions.

What does our insurance cover?

Because of the shipping process, the international shipping item(s) sometimes gets damaged, and packages can also be lost during transit. We can’t guarantee you will receive a refund for damaged items due to the international shipping process.

What if I have one tracking number, but my package has multiple missing items.

If you have multiple missing items, your order was divided into two parcels; the other parcel is on its way, nothing to worry about. But, at BESTKIND INC we will like to know if your parcel was received with full details from the day it was received. We will like you to take pictures of the items you received and a picture of the package that shows your address and the weight.

Why is it taking so much time for my order tracking number to be updated?

Because of the long shipping process from the warehouse to different destinations, your tracking number will be fully updated once your packages arrive in your destination country.

What if order tracking confirms packages were successfully delivered but didn’t receive?

I will suggest you contact your shipping carrier or go to your main post office to found out more details on your packages. Please always review your tracking details carefully because sometimes it is held by the transit and stated delivery was successful or completed.

Do you provide order time cancellation?

Yes! Our time cancellation is 12 hours from the time your order was made. Once your cancellation time is expired, we process your order, and it will be on the way to you.

Why do I receive multiple tracking numbers?

Most of the time, the goods are located in a different warehouse, causing multiple tracking numbers. Thank you for your understanding!

What if I do not receive my order on the expected date? Will I get a refund?

There won’t be any refund since your order is already shipped. As we explained on our shipping policy packages, it sometimes takes longer to get to your destination which depends on how busy the day is. Also, most of the time, packages are held longer in transit.

Why is my order tracking number saying invalid?

Kindly understand that receiving a tracking number means the parcel has been shipped and is on the way to you. It is a process from our warehouse to different destinations, from different shipping companies to the airport. Once your parcel gets scanned, then your tracking number will automatically be activated. It usually takes 5 -7 business days or sooner for the tracking number to be active. It also depends on the courier.

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 8 days of receipt. If you want to return a product, please contact shop@bestkind.club.

How long will delivery take?

Ideally, it takes 10 to 20 business days to deliver orders. However due to some delays, it could probably take 20 to 35 days to receive your goods. You can keep track of your order with the tracking number that we provide to you.

Ideally, it takes 5 to 7 business days to process your shipping orders depending on how busy the day is. However, most of our shipping processes take between 2 to 3 business days on fast days. Kindly note that 72 hours order preparation is not included in the shipping process time.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. Order below $90 will attract an additional $12 added at your checkout. For UK service, orders above $130 will attract an additional $8 at the checkout to have free shipping. If your order is below $130, you will pay $18 while orders below $90 will attract $29 shipping fee.
