Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Other non-returnable items are bras, underwear’s, swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, and jewelry, any type of small items, makeup items, and synthetic hair.

Human hair can be returned only if it is still in the original packaging, not worn and has the look and smell as it was received. You will also need to pay for your returned items. It always best to have a tracking number when returning items to keep track on your package. If you return items and those not have the tracking number to check if your package was received there will be nothing we can do if your package is accidentally lost. Sometimes, there can be mistaken color choices when it comes to small items, such as bras, underwear’s, lipsticks, and so on. If you discover that happens to you, please send us proof of pictures through our email and will work something out.
