BestKind Inc. wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product in its original condition and packaging to BestKind Inc. within 8 days from the receipt of your order. Please email email@example.com before making a return or if have any questions regarding our return policy.
Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since you received the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns for damaged, defective goods, wrong color or size. Please always remember you are responsible for shipping cost if want to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. You would also have to provide us with evidence of proof that the good was damaged by taking pictures of the cause from the same day you received the goods.
If for any reason, the mistake is from us, due to the wrong size or wrong color choices, we will take full accountability for our mistakes and give you a full refund. You will still need to pay for the shipping cost for your return with a tracking number to provide to us. It will take 3 to 10 business days sometime sooner to receive your full refund. If you decide not to get the money back and just want the items changed, then there could be a delay time. Since shipping costs is very expensive, the manufacturer will hold on to the goods till you have another order to put it together with your new purchase.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Other non-returnable items are bras, underwear’s, swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, jewelry, any type of small items, also makeup items.
You will also need to pay for your returned items. It always best to have a tracking number when returning items to keep track on your package. If you return an items and those not have the tracking number to check if your package was received there will be nothing we can do if your package is accidentally lost. Sometimes, there can be mistaken color choices when it comes to small items, such as bras, underwear’s, lipsticks, and so on. If you discover that happens to you, please send us proof of pictures through our email and we will work something out.
Once we receive your returned product, we will either send you a replacement or refund your initial order payment minus any shipping cost. It will be your choice. If the item originally ordered turns out to be the wrong size or color, we will agree to exchange it for you, and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping charges.
If you chose to return the good because you dislike your goods, you will pay for the return shipping and there will be a partial of money back meaning we will subtract the shipping cost from the money you had paid.
